Dear
Police Chief, Bob Davies:
Pursuant
to our telephone conversation late yesterday afternoon I am enclosing excerpts
from the trial wherein Mr. and Mrs. Broadbent committed perjury in order to
enhance their fabrication that I drove my car at their baby on December 8th, 1996.
Mrs. Broadbent gave evidence that I was speeding and did not veer off until I
was “like ten feet away.” Upon Cr-ex
she described her concept of ten feet to be less than eight. It was brought to
her attention that it was not possible to turn a speeding car away on a snow
covered road in that distance, and she and her husband committed perjury to
make their story believable by stating that they called the Police at that
time.
I
had begun to explain to you that I was wrongfully convicted and their lie demonstrated
that the whole story was fabricated. You advised me to contact Staff Sgt. Rob
Welton to file my complaint. I believe it would be more appropriate for you to
examine the evidence available to you, which I have already obtained through
F.O.I. that shows the crime the Broadbents’ committed. The records and
information available to you would be conclusive that the Police were not
summoned on or after December 8th, 1996, in respect of their fabrication.
Please
engage Staff Sgt. Welton to proceed with my complaint and lay the appropriate
charges. I enclose the heading of the trial transcript and pages 71, 59, 60,
61, 87, 88, 140, 141, 102, 173, 175, 217, 218 and 232 for your
consideration. Mr. Broadbent had also
used Catherine Tarvudd to fabricate his first case against me and this should
be dealt with as well. Ms. Tarvudd swore evidence that Mr. Broadbent wrote her
(untruthful) affidavit and Mr. Broadbent swore he did not. The judge again
blocked any attempt to discredit a fellow Officer of the Court. (as shown on pp 232)
Yours
very truly,
James
Townsend
P.S.
I have highlighted the facts that show I was wrongfully convicted by
lawyer Broadbent and his wife.
