These pictures are in chronological order proving that Mr Broadbent

fabricated a story for a lawsuit

[1] Mr Broadbent swore that this was what the road looked like when he bought his client's property.

[2] When he was asked to show the drainage trench that he accused me of filling, he drew a line where the grass meets the gravel.

[3] This later picture taken in Sept 1993 shows that the alleged drainage trench did not exist and that the road had been widened BEFORE Mr Broadbent bought his client's property in the spring of 1994.

[4] This clip from a video verifies that the road was widened before and there was no grass there.
[5] This picture was taken in October 1993 while I was in the process of widening the road to its eastern limit.
[6] This picture shows the road being graded on the 22nd of September 1994 by Centra Gas for Broadbent.
[7] After Broadbent encouraged me to make the repair shown here he contravened sec. 264 (1) (2)(d) of the Criminal Code of Canada by harassing me in a temper tantrum.  Then he advised me that I would be served an injunction and contravened sec. 140 (1) (b) (c) of the Criminal Code.
[8] Broadbent did not file page 2 of the first letter he wrote me in preparation of his lawsuit. This page shown here proves that he understood and agreed with my rights to repair my shared driveway. The Police ignored the untruthfulness within all of his letters and favoured him again by attempting to falsely arrest me about a month later.
[9] In spite of Broadbent's agreement to act respectable he dug holes each time I repaired the road and he soon began to falsely accuse me of filling in drainage ditches.
[10] This picture shows the repair made to the road Broadbent damaged.
[11] Broadbent responded with this letter accusing me of widening the entire road in preparation for his lawsuit.
