[ 1996 Dec 22 ] ___ Video recording showing Broadbent's reason for having me arrested.
[ 1997 Oct 17 ] ___ How digging another hole in my side of the road and throwing mounds of gravel over it, proved Mr. Broadbent's purpose to defraud me of my right to use and enjoy the road I had built [please note that Mr. Broadbent sold his property at that point and no longer shared the road with me]
[ 1997 Apr 26 14:46 hrs ] ___ Shows how I graded my own personal driveway to allow Broadbent to pump the water from his basement over my property. He falsely swore that I had spent three hours blocking the flow with gravel.
[ 1997 Apr 26 19:43 hrs ] ___ Broadbent went to the Police station to falsely report that I had stopped the trespass of the water so I took this video to prove another false report was made. (Sadly, the Courts were not concerned with Mr. Broadbent's dishonesty)
[ 1997 Apr 21 16:25 hrs ] ___ On April 21, 1997 the police sought another false arrest so the lawyer's wife gave me the Hee-Haw and beckoned me to come out. Then she falsely reported that it was the dirty finger she gave and not a beckoning. This is more evidence that the Broadbents made false reports against me.
[ 1996 Dec 10 ] ___ Since the lawyer's wife had accused me falsely of removing snow from my road I took a video to show that she made it appear that I had been using a snow float. She swore that she was frightened because she was half way down the hill on the road when she looked up after adjusting the baby's hat and saw me snap a picture. The video showed her untruthfulness so she said I used the video camera to take a still picture and that she saw me videotaping her while she was still up at the top of the hill.
